Refund & Dispute Policy

At Customer Connect AI, our mission is to help contractors grow their businesses through automation, marketing tools, and AI-powered solutions. Because we invest significant time, setup, and resources into every client account, we have established the following refund and dispute policies:


1. Setup Fees

Setup fees are non-refundable.
These cover the time, labor, and resources required to configure your sub-account, pipelines, workflows, and branded assets.


2. Monthly Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance each month.

Refunds are not issued for partially used billing cycles.

If you wish to cancel, you must provide notice at least 7 days prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.


3. Performance Guarantees (When Applicable)

If your package includes a written performance guarantee (for example, “10 qualified leads in 90 days or setup fee refunded”), this guarantee will be honored according to the specific terms outlined in your service agreement.


4. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us first at: [email protected]. Most issues can be resolved quickly.

Filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company before contacting us may delay resolution.

Any chargebacks deemed invalid (e.g., services were delivered as agreed) may result in account suspension and collection action.


5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered, on a case-by-case basis, in the following situations:

Duplicate payment due to a processing error.

Fraudulent or unauthorized transaction.


6. How to Request a Refund or Report a Dispute

To request a refund or report a billing issue:

Include your company name, invoice number, and a description of the issue.

Our team will respond within 3 business days.


7. Policy Updates

Customer Connect AI reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Dispute Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
